Meet Dr Charu Narayanan, a family practitioner who has trained and worked in the UK prior to moving to Singapore. In this podcast she discusses nutrition for new mums, how your behaviour can influence your child's food behaviour, and the importance of sleep. Everyone needs a mum, a teacher and a mentor like Dr Charu.

During her career, she obtained a Diploma in Family planning (UK), a Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK). Stress is a huge factor in many expat families’ lives and Charu enjoys using her experience to approach disease in a holistic fashion and places emphasis on prevention. Having been located near a few international schools, she has gained valuable experience in dealing with children of all ages and their families recognizing the close link between physical and mental health.
