Kat is a UK born and trained physiotherapist who has been practising in Singapore since 2012. With 10 years of industry experience, she is one of the most experienced physio’s in Singapore private practice. She holds full, unconditional registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.

Kat identified a need for mobile physiotherapy offering an excellent service, so she founded Red Dot Rehab Pte Ltd in 2017. Her coverage is island-wide including sports venues and international schools. She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehab, post-surgery orthopaedic conditions and pre/postnatal physiotherapy and training.

The aspect of physiotherapy that drives Kat the most is helping to provide people with long term solutions that they are able to implement and sustain themselves when it comes to their rehabilitation.

Kat has spent the last 7 years studying and practising various strength and conditioning programmes in order to better understand this genre of training and be able to provide detailed solutions, that she herself has experienced, to those who would benefit from them.

Having reaped the rewards of such a programme for herself she now, more than ever, has an active interest in helping other people realise their full potential.
